I have worked in the care industry for 16 years. Many of my roles being in the leadership side of the teams. I enjoy seeing people who have as much passion as I do for this industry and do everything I can to encourage individuals’ attributes to progress our team even further. Seeing individuals, we support living their lives to the fullest provides me with so much joy. As a team we celebrate every achievement big or small. I have two teenage children with a house full of animals and I enjoy being outdoors. I like to keep busy as I feel this is very beneficial to achieve good mental health.
