As a Team Coach, I am dedicated to ensuring the people we support are at the centre of decisions surrounding their everyday activities, while promoting mental wellness and resilience. With over 20 years’ experience in education and health advocacy, I am committed to promoting open communication and a culture of health and well-being. Equipped with a background in Psychology, Gender and Development, Mental Health Counselling and person – centred therapy, I aim to foster supportive environments which enhance individual successes. My goal is to create a safe space where we will work together to ensure you are at the centre of your care and support. Working on support plans and having a chat and a coffee (or tea, but who is checking) are some of the things that fill my day.
