I am the Support Team Coach within the Berkshire area and have been with MAK for 4 years. I work closely with our teams to guide and motivate them in their day to day roles. My goal is to help others live fuller, more meaningful lives and reach their potential through person-centred support. I have a strong background in social care, I started my journey at MAK as a support worker and I’m currently in my third year of a Social Work degree and on my final placement within a crisis team, which has further developed my skills in complex mental health care, advocacy and multiagency working. I bring this knowledge and experience into my coaching role and I’m proud to be part of a team that is passionate about making a genuine difference every day.
