April Training at MAK Community Care

At MAK Community Care, we’re committed to fostering effective communication and mindfulness in everything we do. This April, we’re excited to announce our focus on communication and team-building activities that will help us grow together.
Our Communication Policy of the Month will highlight the Use of Technology Policy, ensuring that all staff understand the best practices for integrating technology into their work. Additionally, we will reflect on the Supervision Question of the Month: “What is another form of communication other than spoken words?” – an important reminder that communication goes beyond just words.
We will also be creating one-page profiles that allow us to share key details about ourselves, improving team connections and personal understanding. These profiles will be showcased across our services and during a special workshop at the office.
But that’s not all! To promote mental and physical well-being, we’re organising a Mindfulness Walk, where staff can relax, reflect, and connect with nature.
We’ve also marked some important dates in our calendar this month:
- 13th April – First Day of Passover
- 20th April – Easter Sunday
April is shaping up to be an exciting and insightful month at Mak Community Care, and we look forward to engaging with all of our team members through these initiatives.
Stay tuned for more updates and events, and let’s make this a month of growth and well-being!
