At MAK Community Care, we offer personalised care and support within smaller-scale supported living environments, helping individuals to live more independently. We proudly manage 15 sheltered accommodation homes across the region, currently supporting over 135 people. Our mental health supported living and home care services provide a safe and supportive alternative to traditional residential placements. We focus on empowering individuals through tailored support, including medication management, risk management, and developing independent living skills, offering a vital step on the road to recovery for those transitioning from higher support services.
