As the rota coordinator for MAK, my role is crucial in ensuring that all staff members are scheduled effectively to provide the best care possible to the people we support. I manage the staff rota, balancing the needs of the care team with the requirements of the people we support . This involves understanding the skills and availability of each support team member, as well as the specific needs of those receiving the support. My attention to detail and organizational skills help maintain a smooth operation, ensuring that we are always meeting the demands of the service. By fostering good communication with both staff and people we support, I contribute to a positive working environment and high-quality care delivery.
