As Team Coach, I oversee a team of support staff to ensure that they are supporting the people we support in a dignified and respectful manner as well as promoting independence in their everyday life to help enhance their lives to their full potential. I also work close with the people we support to create a safe space for them to be able to have open and honest conversations about anything and everything they might have going on. My goal is to achieve full transparency and honesty with my staff members to ensure they feel seen and heard, so they know they have someone to trust and confide in, also with the people we support, I strive to help them progress in life as much as possible so when it comes to them leaving our service, they feel confident and empowered to go out and live their life to the fullest.
