As a Service Manager with MAK Community Care, I am passionate about enhancing the lives of the people we support in our service, I do this by promoting independence in every aspect of their daily living. With over 10 years of care experience, I have developed a strong understanding of the challenges faced by both the people we support, our staff and other professionals. My role involves overseeing service delivery and ensuring everyone is supported in a person-centred way, ensuring compliance with best practices, and creating a supportive and open environment for both the people we support and staff. My goal is to empower individuals on their mental health journey and provide them with the support and resources they need to live a fulfilled life.
