As a team coach for Mak Community care, my role involves leading and mentoring a team. I provide guidance, support, and training to enhance team performance and ensure high-quality client care. My responsibilities include coordinating care, managing performance, resolving conflicts, and maintaining quality standards. My leadership helps create a positive and effective work environment, ultimately benefiting the clients we support within Mak. I also work closely with the induction team to create a positive and welcoming induction to all new staff; I am also trained in medication competencies for the administration of medications.
