As an administrator my role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of MAK and providing essential support to both staff and the people we support. My responsibilities include managing administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and coordinating communication between different departments. My organisational skills are vital in ensuring that the organisation runs efficiently, and my ability to empathise with individuals seeking help is key to creating a supportive environment. Additionally, I assist in data management, reporting, and compliance with regulations, all of which contribute to the overall mission of promoting mental well-being and providing high-quality support.
