As an Acting Registered Manager I oversee the supported living services within my designated area. My role involves leading and supporting teams to ensure high-quality, person-centred support is delivered to those who need it. I ensure services are compliant with regulatory standards and follow best practice guidelines. I work closely with external professionals, commissioners and community services to develop effective support strategies. My goal is to ensure that our services are responsive, safe, efficient and impactful for the people we support.
