At MAK Community Care, we are dedicated to providing tailored mental health and wellbeing services across Gainsborough, with a focus on empowering individuals to lead more independent and fulfilling lives.

In Gainsborough, we manage supported living services comprising of single tenancy flats, we currently have 17 single tenancies, we support individuals through personalised care plans designed to meet their unique needs. We also support people in their own homes.

Our services in Gainsborough include one-to-one mental health support, background assistance, and community integration. Whether, emotional support, or helping individuals access local services or shopping etc, our aim is to foster independence while promoting recovery and wellbeing.

We understand that every individual’s journey is different, which is why our expert team works closely with each person to create a personalised plan that includes mental health recovery programmes we use the PERMA model and holistic wellbeing initiatives.

By helping those in our care access the community, we empower them to build confidence, engage socially, and live with greater autonomy.

We also have some amazing peer support workers in the area who enhance the service that MAK offer due to them being experts by experience, they work closely sharing experiences and inspiring people to see a brighter future.
